Leigh Academy Bearsted is situated on Gidd’s Pond Way, visible from Bearsted Road near Pope’s Wood in Maidstone. Our bespoke new building and academy campus, has been designed to create a unique and inspirational place of learning to deliver our pioneering and innovative education which we offer.

Travelling from Bearsted towards Newnham Court: 

  • Drive along Bearsted Road until you come to the roundabout
  • At the roundabout take the 3rd exit, onto Newnham Court Way (You will see signs welcoming you onto the KIMS Medical Campus)
  • Take the next turning on your right on to Gidds Pond Way
  • Continue along that road, past Invicta Care Home on your left
  • On the bend you will see a new road on your left, this road will lead you directly to the academy
